Spacious one-bedroom apartment in Residence Cugnana Verde, with stunning views of the gulf of the same name, near Portorotondo and Portisco, and at the beginning of the Costa Smeralda.
The apartment, newly renovated in elegant modern style, includes a double bedroom with access to the terrace/solarium, a bathroom with shower, a large open space with open kitchen and 2 sofa beds, and a veranda with dining table on the terrace overlooking the gulf, for a total of 5 beds. Numerous free parking spaces are available right in front of the facility. The very functional interior spaces allow a pleasant stay equipped with all comforts for both a couple, a family with children, and even small groups of friends.
The Residence includes a big beautiful swimming pool with spectacular views of the gulf, and and a children's pool. In the pools' area there is a cafeteria /pizzeria, 2 minimarket, and the arena / stage for evening entertainment, available for free in the summer months.
A scheduled shuttle connects the Residence with the Rena Bianca beaches. Residence services (swimming pool, entertainment, beach shuttle, etc.) are available free of charge from June to September for apartment guests.
The famous beaches of Rena Bianca (5 km away), and Liscia Ruja, Capriccioli, and del Principe (14 km away) , can be reached by car in 10 to 20 minutes at most.
The beach and marina/tourist port of Portisco are 3.5 KM / 6 minutes by car; the iconic village of San Pantaleo is 10 minutes by car.
The port and airport of Olbia can be reached in about 15 and 20 minutes by car, respectively.
